I have not really jumped on the Kindle bandwagon until now with this new Kindle version. Now I want one! This new version of Kindle, the Kindle DX, has many new features that are impressive and worth the cost for the convenience.
Some of the Kindle DX Features are:

- Just over 1/3″ slim
- 3G wireless connection at no extra charge
- Global Coverage
- PDF Reader (this feature jumped out at me since I am a student and most of my class readings are in PDF format)
- Can hold up to 3,500 books, periodicals, and documents
- Longer battery life- read up to one week before having to recharge
- Free book samples-download the first few pages of a book and try it out before buying!
If you don’t have a Kindle yet, now is the time to get one! The thing that is the most appealing to me is that I can carry my entire library with me while I travel. No more packing 10 books at a time!
